海经公司于2010年12月底派出以谢鲁涛副总经理为首的市场开发团组赴蒙古洽谈工程承包项目。
在蒙期间，海经公司团组先后拜访了蒙古国家预算委员会主席KHAYANKHYARVAA议员先生和乌兰巴托市第一副市长巴特尔照日格先生。
海经公司团组还与蒙古矿产能源部、国家电网中心、国家新能源署、能源项目执行署和水利项目执行署进行了深入的商谈，并就有关能源和供水项目签署了合作纪要。
