6月25日，海经公司侯学军总裁会见了来访的斯里兰卡给排水部常务秘书哈提阿拉提先生一行。双方就刚刚签约的斯里兰卡污水处理项目交换了意见，哈提阿拉提先生表示该项目是斯里兰卡给排水部重点关注的项目。双方对项目的融资问题进行了深入探讨。会后双方举行了合同交换仪式。
