| On Feb 5, 2011, during the Chinese Spring Festival, Counselor for Trade and Economic Cooperation of Chinese Embassy in Belarus Yu Xuxin and his party inspected CCOEC’s Minsk No. 5 Thermal Power Plant Rehabilitation Project in Belarus. On behalf of Chinese Ambassador to Belarus Lu Guicheng, Counselor Yu expressed cordial greetings to all the staffs who are working unswervingly at the Minsk No. 5 Project site throughout the Spring Festival. Counselor Yu’s were escorted by General Representative Zhang Yuanling for CCOEC’s Representative Office in Belarus, Minsk 5 Project Manager Lei Zhongfu, Vice Manager Zheng Yingjun, Manager Assistant Liu Zhaotian, Project Manager Li Xudong for Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company as well as representative from Dongfang Electric Corporation. |
