Founded in 1965, China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (CCOEC for short ) , which was  established with the approval of the State Council, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Company(GENERTEC for short), and is one of the national key comprehensive enterprises engaging in the earliest international economic cooperation business in China.

CCOEC boasts its tremendous strength in business operation, with partners all over the world. CCOEC has developed wide economy cooperation with more than 100 countries and regions with its excellent performance and reputation, rich management and technology experiences since establishment, provided over 600 foreign economic aid projects with materials, equipment and technological services in such fields as energy, light industry, chemical industry, telecommunications, transportation, agriculture, culture, sports, health and urban construction and won praise from Chinese government and recipient governments for many times.
