As one of the pioneers and key specialized corporations established and mandated by the State Council of China to undertake overseas economic and technical cooperation and foreign-aid  projects, China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (CCOEC) has gone through a glorious journey of more than 40 years. Hailed as a friendship messenger of the Chinese people, CCOEC has successfully implemented and completed over 600 development projects under China’s foreign-aid programs in more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, which have widely been admired by governments and peoples of the recipient countries, thus winning honor and glory for the country. Keeping pace with the times and blazing new trails for business growth on the basis of its foreign economic cooperation operations, CCOEC has now built a strong trading platform comprising three core business modules, namely, international engineering projects contracting, foreign-aid related goods and complimentary gifts supply and overseas labor cooperation services, shaping itself into a large integrated enterprise specializing in overseas economic and technical cooperation operation as well as international trade. 

Four decades down the line, CCOEC has forged close and solid ties with governments and business proprietors of many countries and regions all over the world, and maintained good working relationships with Chinese government departments, financial institutions and suppliers as well. The Corporation boasts a specialized staff team of high caliber with dedicated professionalism and rich experience in project execution and management under a full-fledged internal control system. These advantages gained in the course of its 40 years’ development have made CCOEC a major player in the trade and laid a solid foundation for sustained business expansion in the new century.
