On 13^th-14^th, Oct. 2008, the First Session of Design and Communication Meeting of ARSAN’s eight HEPPs has been held in Kunming City, China. Mr. Xie Lutao, the vice-president of CCOEC has attended the meeting and presided over other related meetings. During these meetings, the problems of relevent technical interface and goods delivery process have been studied and solved among the Designing Institude, Main Manufacturing Factory and Auxiliary Equipment Factories. These meetings also have further promoted the process of all of the HEPPs.
