On May 27, CCOEC`s President Ma Zhiwu met with visiting President of the Defense and State Security Committee of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine Mr. Oleg Maric. President Ma expressed his gratitude towards Mr. Maric for his warm reception of the CCOEC`s delegation during their stay in Ukraine, and hoped to further enhance mutual trust and understanding between the two parties. Moreover, he exchanged views with Mr. Maric on cooperation projects in plan.

On the same day, Mr. Ma entertained the Vice Minister of Economy of Lithuania Mr. Daumantas Lapinskas and the Lithuanian Ambassador in China Mr. Lina Antanaviciene. President Ma expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Daumanta and hoped the two sides could carry out in- depth friendly cooperation in the future.
