At 7:33 p.m., June 26, 2011 (Minsk time), the 72 hour-commissioning of the complete set of the No.1 gas-steam combined cycle generation unit was accomplished successfully. CCOEC’s President Ma Zhiwu, and Vice President Cao Huihua witnessed this important moment.

 

President Ma Zhiwu stressed that Minsk No. Project is the first energy project of cooperation between China and Belarus. The successful completion of the 72-hour-commissioning of No.1 and No.2 generation units is of great significance. It marks the Minsk 2 project is ready for formal operation.
