On June 29, the completion certificate signing ceremony on the 72 hour-commissioning of CCOEC’s Minsk No.2 project was held in Minsk Thermal Power Network Corporation.

The 72 hour-commissioning of the two gas-steam combined cycle generation units of Minsk 2 project had been accomplished successfully from June 16-18, 2011. The certificate signing marks not only the completion of the commissioning, but also the approval from the Belarus side on the quality of the project. Minsk 2 is the first project of cooperation between governments of the two countries. It is also first project of Belarus using preferential loans from the Chinese government.

 

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Energy of Belarus Mikhadyuk, CCOEC’s Vice President Cao Huihua, General Representative in Belarus Zhang Yuanling, International Engineering Department I General Manager Liu Ying, Vice General Manager Li Chengshe, Financial Department Vice General Manager Liu Wei as well as General Manager Ma Yan from the Preferential Loans Department of the Export-Import Bank of China.
