On Jan 29, CCOEC President Ma Zhiwu and Vice President Zhang Yuanling made a courtesy call on the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador Plenipotentiary to Belarus Mr. Gong Jianwei and his wife, as well as the new Economic and Commercial Counselor Liu Xuesong.

During the meeting, President Ma made a detailed introduction on the implementation of Minsk 2 and Minsk 5 projects undertaken by CCOEC in Belarus and the development of the follow-up projects. Ambassador Gong and Counselor Liu give a high appraisal on CCOEC’s work in Belarus and its contribution to the development of China-Belarus economic and trade cooperation.

The meeting was also attended by relevant personnel from China’s Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office as well as CCOEC’s Representative Office in Belarus.
