On Jan 30, CCOEC President Ma Zhiwu, accompanied by Vice President Zhang Yuanling, paid an official call on the First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Semashko in Minsk. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on CCOEC’s Minsk 2 and Minsk 5 power plants and the follow-up projects. The meeting was also attended by Belarusian Energy Minister Ozerets,First Deputy Energy Minister Tovpenets and other Belarusian officials.
