At the invitation of Investment Promotion Agency of MOFCOM(Ministry of Commerce), CCOEC Vice President Xie Lutao paid a visit to Cuba and Ecuador for business investigation and market development along with MOFCOM delegation led by Minister Chen Deming from September 26 to October 5.

 

With vigorous support from MOFCOM leaders and relevant officials, Mr.Xie conducted productive talks with local government officials and project proprietors, which has further promoted project development in CCOEC’s strategic market in South America.
