Recent years, leaders in CCOEC have always paid much attention to the cultivation and training of the new employees. In order to exchange ideas with the new employees and enhance their loyalty to the company, the company hold the young employees meeting which is attended by the vice general manager Xie Lu Tao, General Manager’s office director Ru Hua, manager of the second department of foreign business Qiu Hui, Vice manager of the third deprtment of foreign business Xu lei and more than ten young employees form various department.
At first, vice general manager Xie Lu Tao listened to every representative’s report on their working experience and feeling of the company, then according to different situation, he made comments on it.
Later, he points out that since China joined the WTO, there exist both opportunities and challenges to the traditional foreign trade companies like CCOEC. He hopes that everyone can be confident for the company and work hard to make their own contribution to the development of the company. He requested that all the employees should stand together with the company; discipline themselves and treat self and company interest appropriately. Finally, he encouraged all the representatives to work hard by using his university’s motto ‘developing of self, treating others and things with dignity and morality’.
This conversion meeting enhances the understanding between leaders and young employees and also makes the young employee have a better understanding on the outline of the company. Meanwhile, all the representatives promise that they will use their practical work to contribute to the company’s development under the leader’s leadership.
