On June 26th, 2008,a Collaboration Agreement on Environmental Protection Project was signed between China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (CCOEC) and Core Competencies Sdn. Bhd (CCSB) in Beijing. Xie Lutao, Vice President of CCOEC, and Dato’Dr. Mohd. Ariffin Hj. Aton, Chairman of CCSB, attended the ceremony and signed the Collaboration Agreement.

    CCSB, a Malaysian corporation, is a subsidiary company of a U.K. listed company. CCSB has been engaged in the design, engineering, construction, research & development of Integrated Waste Management System, and investment in the environmental protection field. CCSB enjoys rich experiences and strong investment-finance capabilities; and it has also participated in many environmental protection projects in Malaysia, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

    As the General Agency of CCSB in China, CCOEC will make the best of CCSB’s capital advantage and experiences to develop the market of environmental protection home and abroad, and to promote China’s equipment export and technology transfer in the environmental protection field.
