On July 2, 2011, Chinese Ambassador in Belarus Lu Guicheng paid an on-site visit to CCOEC’s Minsk No.5 Thermal Power Plant RehabilitationProject.   Ambassador Lu and his party were received by CCOEC’s President Ma Zhiwu, Vice President Cao Huihua as well as Minsk 5 project manager Lei Zhongfu.

 

Ambassador Lu inquired about the progress of Minsk 2 and Minsk 5 projects, indicating that the governments of China and Belarus attach great importance to the two projects. We must spare no effort in accomplishing them, so that we could turn over the projects smoothly.

 

At last, the Ambassador and his party inspected the site of Minsk 2 project, accompanied by President Ma, Vice President Cao and Vice General Manager Li Chengshe of International Engineering Department I.
