CCOEC’s Kiran Hydropower Project Successfully Passed Inspection by Turkish Ministry of Energy

The Kiran project of ARSAN in Turkey passed inspection by Turkish Ministry of Energy on November 5, 2011, which symbolizes that CCOEC achieved partial victory in contracting and implementing small hydropower projects in Turkey.
